Terms of Service

01 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the RahaTask platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. If you are using RahaTask on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and that organization.

02 Description of Service

RahaTask is a cloud-based workspace management platform providing tools for task management, document creation, team collaboration, and project planning. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers. Features, limits, and pricing may change over time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes that affect existing paid subscribers.

03 Account Registration and Security

When registering and using your account, you agree to the following:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and keep it updated
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and never share them with others
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not create accounts on behalf of others without their explicit authorization
• Acknowledge that we reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms

04 Acceptable Use

You agree to use RahaTask only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Transmitting, storing, or sharing illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or rights-infringing content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other user accounts, or our backend systems
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or extracting source code from any part of the Platform
• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or scrapers on the Platform without our prior written consent
• Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercializing the Platform without our written permission
• Interfering with or disrupting the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or other users' use of the service
• Uploading or distributing malicious code, viruses, ransomware, or any content designed to damage systems
• Impersonating any person, organization, or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law, regulation, or third-party rights

05 Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create within RahaTask, including tasks, documents, comments, checklists, and uploaded files ("User Content"). By using the Platform, you grant RahaTask a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your authorized team members.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you hold all rights necessary to grant the license above and that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party right. We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws, without prior notice.

06 Intellectual Property

The RahaTask Platform — including its design, user interface, codebase, features, branding, logos, and documentation — is owned exclusively by RahaTask and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on our Platform without prior written permission. The RahaTask name, logo, and product names are trademarks of RahaTask and may not be used without our consent.

07 Payment and Billing

The following terms apply to all paid subscription plans:

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, as selected at checkout
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize RahaTask to charge your payment method for the selected plan on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly required by applicable consumer protection law
• If a payment fails or is declined, we may restrict access to paid features until the issue is resolved
• We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any price increase takes effect

08 Free Trial and Free Plan

We offer a free plan with access to core features at no cost, with no credit card required. Free trial periods, where available, are offered at our discretion and are limited to one per person or organization. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free plans or trials at any time with reasonable advance notice. Creating multiple accounts to extend a free trial or circumvent plan limitations is a violation of these Terms.

09 Termination

You may delete your workspace and close your account at any time from workspace settings. Upon account closure, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful activity, or pose a risk to the Platform or other users. We may also deactivate free accounts that have been continuously inactive for more than 12 months, following advance email notification.

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RahaTask and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration or resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where RahaTask operates, as determined by applicable law.

14 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree, you must stop using the Platform before the effective date.
