Spaces are project containers — they hold your lists, folders, and tasks organized around a specific area of work. Teams are groups of member — you create a team, add members, and assign tasks or view activity at the team level. A Space can involve multiple Teams, and a Team can work across multiple Spaces.
Absolutely. Every document has a visibility setting: Private (only you and added owners can view and edit) or Shared (all workspace members can read it, but only you and owners can edit). You can change visibility at any time from the document settings.
When creating or editing a task, you can assign it to any workspace member. Tasks support assignees, due dates, priorities (low / medium / high / urgent), custom statuses, checklists, file attachments, and threaded comments — all in one view.
There is no hard limit on the number of members you can invite. You can grow your workspace as your team scales, organize members into Teams, and manage their roles and permissions from the workspace settings.
Yes. Your data is stored securely and never shared with third parties. Documents marked as Private are only accessible to you and the owners you explicitly add. Workspace data is isolated per account and protected with standard security practices.
RahaTask is fully responsive and works on any modern browser including mobile. The interface adapts cleanly to smaller screens so you can manage tasks, read documents, and coordinate with your team from anywhere.
The Planner is RahaTask's built-in calendar and scheduling tool. You can create events with start and end times, invite participants from your workspace, attach video call links, set reminders, and link events directly to tasks or documents. Yes. RahaTask supports English, Arabic (with full RTL layout), and German out of the box. Each user can independently select their preferred language from their personal preferences settings — the interface, including layout direction, adapts automatically.
